A CONTINUOUS CONTROL OF ARTISANAL MANUFACTURING FOR THE BEST QUALITY
All our glass is manufactured and/or assembled by hand to ensure a perfect fit with the project's requirements. For example, we are able to produce extremely fine double glazing that can be integrated into old joinery. Similarly, our manual assembly techniques allow us to create any type of laminate, regardless of the glass's deformation. Finally, quality control is constantly carried out by our staff, at each stage of production, right up to crating.
CRAFTSMANSHIP AND INDUSTRIAL CAPACITY
The workshop was designed to combine flexibility and responsiveness with significant production capacity. Our structure allows us to fulfill any glass order, whether it's a few units or several thousand. Our strength: being able to meet even the most urgent demands.
For complete control of production, our workshop with a surface area of over 2,000 m2 is equipped with:
automatic and manual cutting tables according to the glasses;
of several washing machines;
storage drawers allowing a very wide range to be available and thus a high level of responsiveness;
multiple manual assembly stations depending on the specificity of the glass (double glazing, laminated);
of a building with numerous furnaces dedicated to hot working of glass.
